Terms & Conditions - the basics
Welcome to RandezTwo! By accessing or using the RandezTwo mobile application (“Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept all legal consequences.
1. Service Overview
RandezTwo is designed to enhance the everyday life of couples by offering daily tasks and weekly rewards based on a point system. Our Service provides a free limited version and a full version accessible via subscription.
2. Accounts
While an anonymous account is automatically generated for each user, we do not require personal information to create your game profile.
3. User Conduct
Use of RandezTwo is subject to the rules of the game, as outlined within the app. You must read and agree to these rules prior to playing.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the content and features provided in the Service are owned by RandezTwo.
5. Privacy
Our Service employs Firebase for anonymous authentication and usage analytics. User data is not shared with any third parties.
6. Warranty and Liability
We strive to maintain a high-quality Service. However, we do not assume liability for any indirect damage resulting from the use of RandezTwo. Users bear full responsibility for their use of the Service.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved by contacting our customer service at info@randeztwo.com. Each case will be considered individually.
8. Changes to Terms
Modifications to these Terms will be announced via in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Service Availability
While there is no absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service, we aim to achieve 99.9% uptime.
10. Termination
As we do not maintain public user accounts, account termination is not applicable. It remains your discretion to continue or cease using the game.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Latvian law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
